New Training Program Announced!!!
Ann Lowry and Associates is pleased to announce a new training program:  Managing the Needs of Transgendered Employees. As more and more transgendered individuals are coming out at work, human resource professionals and managers need to understand how to manage the needs of your transgendered employee group.  This workshop can be designed to your specifications and audience.  It is co-facilitated by AnnLowry, Ph.D, President of Ann Lowry and Associates, and Brad Goodell, MS in Psychology.  Brad is currently completely a comprehensive research project on the needs of transgendered individuals and will provide participants with the latest information. Keep your organization on the cutting edge of diversity training and out of legal difficulties by educating your professionals how to manage this delicate and misunderstood issue.
